We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Process Worker to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our production line. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment to process materials according to production specifications
  
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
  
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and productive work environment
  
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet production goals
  
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
  
• Follow instructions and procedures to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
  
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
